Proof of actual insurance
Actual loss medical expenses insurance includes medical expense guarantee insurance and happiness insurance for ten thousand won. You can check the required documents by dividing them into inpatient / outpatient / prescription.

Certificate of diagnosis or confirmation of hospital visit (name of disease, date of hospital visit, and details of hospital visit) – Can be omitted if it is less than 300,000 won.

Accident proof documents (priority)

1st priority: Traffic/disaster accident confirmation (issued by public institutions such as police stations and fire stations)
2nd priority: industrial accident confirmation/industrial accident medical treatment application
3rd priority: Confirmation of accident handling (issued by non-life insurance companies and mutual aid associations)
4th priority: Civil service corporal certificate (in case of military accident)
5th Priority: Court judgment (medical accident, etc.)
6th Priority: Hospital chart with the details of the accident (in case of a disaster in which the issuance of accident certificate is not possible)
