This is a supportive welfare program aimed at promoting independent living and participation in social activities for persons with disabilities. Only registered disabled people between the ages of 6 and 65 who have received an activity support level can apply.
You can receive support for housekeeping support, out-of-home transportation and assistance, visiting bathing, and visiting nursing services. These are services that are first paid for by the person with a voucher and then supported by the government.

It is a Culture Nuri Card that can be used for various cultural activities such as culture, art, domestic travel, sports, books, and movies.
